The basic accommodation depends on the chosen rate:
“ECONOMY” (rental only): 4 people — from *13 000 ₽, 6 people — from *18 000 ₽.
“STANDARD” (rental + sauna included): 4 people — from *18 500 ₽, 6 people — from *22 500 ₽.
“COMFORT” (sauna, tub, and barbecue grill included): 4 people — from *27 500 RUB, 6 people — from *30 500 RUB.

Package: We provide a folding, soft single bed with a mattress. Bedding is included in the price.
Maximum capacity: The total number of guests in the house must not exceed 8 people.
Guests without an overnight stay (without providing a bed): If an additional guest is staying with you between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM without staying overnight and without a bed being provided, the surcharge will be 2,500 rubles per person.
Staying after 21:00: If a guest who is an additional person beyond the number approved in the contract stays on the premises after 21:00, the tenant is required to make an additional payment. The amount is 2,500 rubles. This amount is charged in addition to the already paid rate for the additional guest according to the price list of your rate.
For children: crib beds with a set of bed linen, small blankets, and a high chair are provided free of charge. Please inform the administrator in advance about the planned accommodation for a child under 3 years of age — when making the booking.

Important conditions: the final seating configuration must be confirmed with the administrator at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum capacity (more than 8 people) is strictly prohibited by fire safety regulations and the rental agreement.

The security deposit for the property of the rented house is charged in cash in the amount of 15 000 ₽.
The deposit is refunded in full if the rules of residence are not violated and the property is preserved intact.

Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: by 12:00.
The possibility of an early check-in or late check-out is available if there is no booking for the selected dates, upon prior agreement with the administrator and subject to the availability of available rooms.

How do we achieve this?
Underfloor heating. The heating system is based on underfloor heating. This is not only a modern and efficient way to heat a space, but also the most comfortable: the warmth gently rises from the feet, evenly distributing throughout the room.
Perfect thermal insulation. We’ve used modern materials and technologies to ensure your home doesn’t lose a single degree of heat. Thanks to this, the heating system operates as efficiently as possible, and you enjoy coziness without unnecessary energy consumption.
Therefore, even if it’s cold outside, you will always find a warm and welcoming home waiting for you inside.

Our rates do not include comprehensive meals — we have created a space where you can eat the way you’re used to at home or when travelling.

Each cabin is equipped with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen: you’ll have a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes.

To make your holiday as carefree as possible, we recommend planning your menu in advance. You can bring food from home or stop by the nearest supermarket on your way to us. Local farm stalls with fresh produce are perfect for quick snacks. This way, you won’t have to spend your rest time looking for shops after checking in.

For those who like to cook outdoors: each bungalow has its own barbecue area. The service costs 2,500 ₽; we’ll prepare the coals, and we’ll provide skewers and a grill for free.

We deliberately chose not to fill the kitchen cabinets with standard sets to leave you with complete freedom of choice. After all, every guest has their own unique preferences: some like strong black tea in the morning, others prefer a delicate herbal blend before going to bed, and for many, the Lavazza aroma is an indispensable ritual to start the day.

Arrange a real Russian tea party “Samovar with treats.” If you’re relaxing with a group of up to 6 people or want to add a special warmth to the evening. For 1,000 rubles, we’ll deliver a large, pot‑bellied samovar right to your doorstep. Inside, there will be a rich infusion made from a blend of black and green teas, accompanied by a generous handful of taiga treasures: scarlet sea buckthorn, tart viburnum, sour cranberries, noble lingonberries, bright chokeberry, and sweet raspberries. The aroma of this blend will be complemented by our original homemade honey syrup. All of this is served in a large teapot, which will be enough for long, cozy conversations.
And if morning coffee is just as important to you as the sound of birdsong outside the window, take a closer look at the “COMFORT” rate: tea, coffee, and a samovar with treats are included in the rate price.

UPD: Due to numerous requests, we have added tea, sugar, and salt to each cabin by default.

Our cabins are deliberately not equipped with mini‑bars. We have consciously chosen not to sell alcohol throughout the glamping experience. This is part of our philosophy — to let you hear the silence of the forest, to feel the true taste of clean water from an artesian well, and to restore your strength without extraneous noise and stimulants.

Yes! We are always glad to welcome our four‑legged friends! But they must be well‑behaved and not aggressive.

If your dog belongs to fighting breeds, please coordinate the possibility of it staying with the administrator by phone.

To avoid uncomfortable situations with other guests, bring all the necessary supplies for your pet: a collar, a leash, and hygiene bags for walking. Follow the rules for public areas.

You can get to us all year round. The road to our location is paved. Snow is regularly cleared in winter. There are parking spaces on the territory of the Sherwood Glamping site.

We sincerely want every guest to have a comfortable stay with us. Unfortunately, at present, the natural landscape of our glamping site is not adapted for the safe movement of people in wheelchairs and people with limited mobility.
The site is located in a forest, the paths have natural slopes and uneven surfaces, and the entrances to the buildings are equipped with thresholds and stairs. There are also no wide doorways or equipped bathrooms inside the modules. In this regard, we are forced to warn that accommodating guests who require unimpeded access or assistance will be physically difficult and unsafe.
At the same time, we are always glad to welcome guests whose physical capabilities allow them to move around the forest terrain independently or with minimal support from loved ones. If you are considering a trip to us, please contact us before making a reservation — we will send you detailed photos of specific routes and houses so that you can assess the conditions for yourself.

At the “SHERWOOD” glamping site, we strive to create an atmosphere of coziness, tranquility, and unity with nature. To achieve this, a quiet mode is in effect from 22:00 to 10:00. This time is necessary so that all guests can fully relax, and nature can “breathe” in silence.

We understand that during a vacation, you want to unwind and have fun, and a fine is a last resort. We really dislike conflicts and always act as appropriately as possible.
If the music suddenly becomes too loud or a noisy group lingers outside, an employee will come up to you and simply ask you to turn it down. This is the very “verbal warning.”
We are not drawing up the report to punish anyone, but to officially record the fact of a violation of the rules you accepted when you checked in. This is our legal protection and a guarantee that the rules are the same for everyone. The fine of 15,000 rubles is not our whim, but a contractual condition that helps maintain order and comfort for all guests of “SHERWOOD”.

The quality of mobile communication on the glamping site depends on your operator and the specific location of the cabin. Most of our guests do not experience any problems with signal reception.

However, it is worth bearing in mind that in some areas, especially when surrounded by dense forest, the connection may be unstable. This is due not only to the distance from base stations but also to current legal requirements, which may impose technical restrictions on signal strength in certain areas to protect the environment or other facilities.

🌐 Internet access
For your convenience, free high‑speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the entire glamping site. We strive to ensure maximum comfort, which is why we have connected wired internet from a reliable provider.

The provider offers a maximum заявленная speed of up to 200 Mbps. Unlike mobile connectivity, network access is always available and does not depend on weather conditions or the location of your cabin, providing a stable channel for work and entertainment.

🧹 Cleaning and linen change At the “SHERWOOD” glamping site, we maintain high standards of cleanliness. Cleaning and bed linen change are carried out before each new guest checks in, so that you can start your vacation in a perfectly clean and cozy cabin. Additional cleaning If during your vacation you need to freshen up the room, you can order additional cleaning. This service is provided for an additional fee upon your request. Service cost: 3 000 RUB. What is included in the price: cleaning of the rooms and terrace; Cleaning of the sauna (steam room) and the bathroom; taking out the trash; wet and dry cleaning of floors; washing dishes; full replacement of bed linen and towels. Cleaning duration: 1 hour.

To check in to the “SHERWOOD” glamping site, all guests must complete the registration procedure and sign a service agreement. This is a standard and quick procedure that ensures the comfort and safety of your holiday.
Required documents
To complete the registration, you must have one of the following identity documents with you:
For Russian citizens: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and/or a “Digital ID” in the national MAX messenger.
For foreign citizens: a national passport. Please note that the document must be accompanied by a notarially certified translation into Russian.
Persons under the age of 18 may stay in a glamping site only in the company of their parents or legal guardians. Upon registration, you will need to present documents confirming kinship or guardianship.

To confirm the booking, you need to make a prepayment of 50% to 100% of the accommodation cost. Payment for additional services is made on the day of check‑in on site.

By account — for legal entities and corporate clients.
In cash — upon check‑in via a cash terminal (if no prepayment is required).
Prepayment
To confirm the booking, a prepayment of 50% to 100% is required, depending on the specific booking terms for the particular dates (for example, holidays) of the total accommodation cost. The remaining amount is paid upon check‑in or in advance, as agreed.
⚡ All payments are secure; card data is not stored or shared with third parties.

Cancellation of the booking.
The Guest has the right to cancel the booking and have the paid amount refunded (minus the expenses actually incurred by the Contractor, if any) provided that the Contractor is notified no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the expected check‑in date.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 (fourteen) calendar days, but no later than 7 (seven) calendar days, before the check‑in date, no refund will be made. The guest has the right to reschedule the booking once to other available dates in agreement with the Contractor.

Rescheduling the booking.
Rescheduling the booking is possible no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the check‑in date and is allowed only once.
If the booking is rescheduled, its subsequent cancellation is not permitted, and the prepayment made is non‑refundable.

Deadlines excluding cancellation and rescheduling.
If the booking is cancelled or the stay dates are rescheduled less than 7 (seven) calendar days before the check‑in date, the prepayment made is non‑refundable.

Booking through aggregators.
When making and paying for a booking through aggregator websites (such as Avito, Glamping.RF, Sutochno.ru, and others), the terms of cancellation and refund of funds are determined by the rules of the relevant aggregator. The service provider is not liable for non‑refund of the cost of services in the event of cancellation of the booking at the Guest’s initiative, in accordance with the aggregator’s policy.

For your maximum comfort and coziness, we offer a rental service for bathrobes. This is a great way to relax after a walk or warm up after a bath.

Payment and refund
